目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣
主要研究方向为非酒精性脂肪肝病/肝癌的发病机制研究。以小鼠等模式动物为研究对象,建立非酒精性脂肪肝炎/肝癌动物疾病模型,应用RNA-Seq、蛋白质组学等多组学联合及分子生物学方法,探究非酒精性脂肪肝炎及肝癌的发病机制,为寻找非酒精性脂肪肝炎/肝癌潜在治疗靶点和预防措施提供理论基础。先后主持国家级及省部级项目4项,发表研究论文13篇。
